one of my aunt's in the hospital.... high fever due to an infection caused by the wisdom tooth extraction she had a few days ago.

rightoes. first day of the year. time to list my resolutions.
1) proper sleeping pattern. no more sleeping after midnight on weeknights for me.
2)spend wisely. don't buy unnecessary costume jewellery.
3) watch what i eat. NO BUTTER COOKIES!! ='(
4) take studies more seriously. o levels next year beb.

the kinsfolk are coming! THE KINSFOLK ARE COMING!!!i dunnno. i get all paranoid when it comes to family gatherings and birthday parties and whatnot."the kinsfolk are here! RUN!!" THAT kinda paranoid.they're like a whole crowd of people who supposedly share my bloodline an ancestry and i barely even know their names...(you never bothered to know, anyway.)come on, it's not like there's gonna be a "describe your family tree and list all your relatives" question in 'o' levels, right?well, at least my brother has it easy.that five-year-old can charm almost anyone. the little brat.i'm not badmouthing ALL of them. okay.i know quite a few. only we don't exactly share the same line of thought.i'm a japanese-crazed RPG geek. so naturally it's easier to snuggle up with a book in some isolated corner of the room.um... i'm talking about my 3-year-old cousin's birthday bash last tuesday.so many people i didn't recognise, and in the end my mom chided me for not helping out in the kitchen after the party was over.the kitchen was small. and there were already several people in it. i figured i'd just get in the way.la-la-la. picnic tomorow. hopefully everything turns out okay.HECK!!!!! school reopens next week shibattaaaa.......i don't think i'm ready. but i guess it'll be ok cuz i won't spend my days skulking around the house bored to death.(you needn't be bored. there's alot to do. like sorting your underwear.)i did that yesterday, granny.(no harm in doing it again.)wtf. i've gotta chow in a few. going to granny's house today~au revoir!-zaff!e.

Hady won.Hady won.Hady Mirza won.that is ubber cool.i guess now i can't deny that deep down i was secretly hoping he'd win.GO SINGAPORE!!!!kind of unexpected, really.and when they announced the winner i literally fell off the chair gaping at the screen.guess what. at the same time Hady fell to his knees.we both fell. great minds think alike, hey?whoooaaa.at least that viet girl didn't win.when she did that "i love rock 'n' roll" with that judge i thought my ears were going to jump off my head and run away in horror.Hady and Jac ruled the stage with the Freedom song.i think that song is Hady's..... good luck charm. something like that.because he performed that during the SG Idol finals.and won.now he did it in Asian Idol.and won.Mau looked so sad. i kinda liked her.ok. not like THAT.i mean she has a great voice.Mike has a great voice too.and that indian guy, Abhi-something? i was sorta expecting him 2 win.i mean, he's cute.(and married.)oh yeah. that's sad. =_=""i liked Jac's trench coat.but she needs 2 loosen up a little, ya know?Indonesia mengarot seyh.i mean, i was trying to watch Agnes Monica's opening performance.(did i mention?? whoa. i'm so WASTED.or at least i feel like it.it's like i haven't been doing anything useful with my life for the past few days.and the only times i don't feel wasted is during school days.school. school. three more weeks.as usual. i've been playing Neverwinter Nights 2 again.it's like being in some sort of PC game frenzy.no more massive multiplayer junk.it's kind of like.... suddenly retreating into yourself after a whole day dealing with other various self-minded characters.the way i tend to talk to my conscience to entertain myself at times.(boy, SHE's easily entertained..)speaking of which,I MISS JENNIE!!!you see, she was the one who introduced the "my conscience has a mind of it's own" concept.boohoo. and i won't be able to call her until the first week of school is over.oh, my. better save up a seat for her up front.*makes a mental note to herself*my table's messy.bah. we're buying books 2morrow anyway.so no point of cleaning it up today.cuz everything will go back into my cupboard, which will be emptied out again tomorrow.if not tomorrow, then.... i guess i'll have to do it someday.eh well. enough of my wasting your time reading this.till next time!0zaffie0

god.... what a long day.started off @ 9 in the morning.and hurried off to the airport in a pair of shoes with painfully slippery soles. >.>""the day was wet. so i kinda had a hard time making my way to the MRT station.
reached at 10:45. 15 minutes late. duuuuuude- and i was ready waay before Farah called to say that we're meeting at 10:30, not 10. and so off we went to meet Jennie~aww, our little girl looked so *cute* in the white dress and jilbab. haha.okay. so she's not exactly little. in the same class, in fact. buddies~yay.speaking of buddies, i've been trying to contact Smaay lately, but no one's answered the phone so far.eh. she's prolly on holiday. >.>after Jennie left, me, Fray and Ria went to eat @ BK.Ria's mum went back..... dunno why. hmm.who knew BK meals can be so filling?? i hate being overstuffed. and i hate wasting food, too. =_=""so.. yeah. after our lunch (is a hershey's cake considered lunch?? ria had that...)- okay. somewhat-not-lunch we went to play on the sky trains.uh. not exactly play.... but we acted pretty much like little kids on'em.crowding over that oh-so-tiny front window.i wonder if people were staring. didn't bother to check. haha.went to T3. nothing there. so we wento to T1.know what?we saw a mob of screaming girls in the arrival hall.apparently some chinese/taiwanese/whatever-ese celeb just arrived, because the screaming girls were all chinese.so the three of us hung around to see which celeb it was.we saw him/them. didna recognise whoever that was.then when we were back @ t2 mum called.my dad was w8ing 4 me to come home, so we can go see Enchanted.it was a fun movie. fun indeed.and when the movie was over and the lights went back on, i found my clothes covered in popcorn.how that happened, was beyond me. gosh.oh my god. Hikmah's gonna start soon.time to start romancing with the cushions whenever i see Gunawan's face again.i'd be twisting them like my life depended on it. ^_^what can i say. oh my, slumber was the only medicine for me, after killing many a giant rat, man-eating plants and whatnot in the dwarven mines of Ehb.but alas, though i have ventured deep, i could not find the brother of my dear dwarf companion, Torg.not to worry, my brave heroes and i will not give up. Krug are no match for my mages, archers and swordsmen. (that's because i have cheats for invincibility and max stats...)what the heck am i talking about, u ask?it's my new addiction. say hello to Dungeon Seige: Legends Of Aranna.ok, so maybe certain parts like the Crypts and the glitterdlive-underpass thingy gave me the heebie jeebies, but overall it's pretty fun. (ESPECIALLY when you have friggin' cheats and set the difficulty level to "hard"...)played it as soon as i settled down after coming back from tuition this afternoon. i gave up looking for the damn dwarf and plonked on m'bed at around five.woke up at seven.i'm so wasted, indeed i am.and exhausted, too.cuz i slept at two last night watching numb3rs with my Aunt.(slept over @ granny's house. yayyyy.)which reminds me,last night my lil bro called and he was all weepy and sad.he said he MISSED me.i was surprised, and, well, *kinda* touched.yeesh. you'd think he'd be happy if i ain't @ home for once.eh well.seeing Jennie off @ the airport tomorrow inshaAllah. woot.haha. till next time everybody.Zaffie~
